The Green Room, offering Liquid Non Surgical Facelifts in Bournemouth, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire
The Liquid, non surgical Facelift is a revolutionary alternative to a surgical facelift. Results are seen in less than 1 hour, with no recuperation time and no surgery needed.
The Liquid Facelift is a non-surgical method of correcting facial volume loss and creating a refreshed more youthful appearance. The results are comparable to a surgical facelift without the cost, surgery, risk or recovery time.
What is a Liquid Facelift?
A Liquid Facelift is the lifting, plumping, smoothing and re-contouring of the ageing face through the use of injectable fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Teosyal). Typically these products are combined with the use of Botox where a customised treatment plan is created, based on your personal specific needs.
Results from the Liquid Facelift can range from subtle to astonishing. It is very common for clients who have had the Liquid Facelift procedure to receive numerous compliments on their appearance, without anyone knowing what they have had done.
Does the Procedure Hurt?
Fillers are traditionally performed using a needle, but I prefer to use a cannula combined with a local anaesthetic to numb the area.
This cannula is a long plastic tube that is inserted at 2 injection sites on the cheek. This ensures the client develops less bruising and trauma to the area, and needs little or no recuperation time on the day of the procedure.
Traditional Facelift vs Liquid Facelift
Minimally invasive procedures such as the Liquid Facelift are becoming more and more popular because of the advantages of less invasive options versus the traditional surgical facelift.
Skin tightness, previously the holy grail of old-style face lift surgery (think Joan Rivers), is no longer regarded as the essence of youth.
These common facelifts seen in celebrities are not only fake looking, but do not allow for the natural shape of the face, instead pulling the face to look somewhat like a cat! Not attractive!
Now, medical studies have shown that the true perception of beauty lies in face shape. In other words, beautiful faces are heart shaped or Y shaped – widest at the cheekbones, with a visible jaw line.
When should one start with the Liquid Facelift?
The use of preventative non invasive procedures such as the Liquid Facelift in people 30+ ensures an ageing pattern that is more controlled and significantly less obvious.
The risks are far less than those of surgical approaches, and the results are aesthetically impressive. The Liquid Facelift offers a valuable interim step, in between the minor improvement offered by using topicals and the major expense, recovery time and risks associated with surgery.
